Lalit has been my guide for several treks in the manasulu region. He is a totally professional trek leader and guide. He is knowledgeable and focused on making the trek special for everyone. He creates a relaxed happy group atmosphere. He caters for all standards and is always aware of the safety of the group. if you are trekking in Nepal I would recommend him and Himalayan dynamic adventure highly. Had the best winter experience trekking to Everest Base camp with our guide Lalit. He is friendly, humorous, attentive and worked tirelessly with the group to get us to the summit - we all made it (12 in our group). There was not a single moment throughout the trip that made me as a solo traveller feel uncomfortable or insecure. Lalit is an absolute star. He took care of our group of 12 as we headed up Ghap school in May, and by that I mean that he organised absolutely everything. He went above and beyond for our comfort but also our safety. He would phone ahead with food orders at the same time watching out for our health or our footing. Many times we would be engrosed in conversation when he would alert us to goats above or the rocks in danger of coming down because of them.

Lalit was our guide during a very snowy February over 10 years ago. He has been doing this a long time. The trek to Everest Base camp was such a life changing experience. Lalit was there for us every step of the way. This adventure was a dream of my husband's and I was there basically to keep him company. I wasn't sure a trip like that would be for me, but it was so magical. I was always far behind the others in my group and Lalit stayed back with me and my husband (who was busy taking a lot of photographs) telling us the history, stories and making sure we were okay.

I travelled with Lalit for three weeks as my group leader with a small group of trekkers a few years ago now and experienced the perfect blend of challenging, scenic walks and broad exposure to Nepalese culture. Lalit managed to bring a vast amount of experience travelling through his home country and combined with his skills and easy manner as group leader, ensured each member of our mixed group was able to achieve the very best from their trip.

At the age of 50, well my 50th was in Kathmandu, I decided I need to challenge myself. To old and very over wieght I decided to go to everest base camp. I was very lucky as the groups guide was Lalit. A man who encouraged me every step and on the days I feel behind stayed with me, even though he was ill with a cold himself. As head sherpa he felt it was his duty to help the stragglers, yep that was me on many days. The day we got to base camp I was very slow and several hours behind the others. The other sherpas brought hot drinks upto us to keep me going but in the end Lalit and the team got me to Gorakshep where a skill medical team checked me and diagnosed me as being knackered. On the trip from base camp to Gorakshep we got caught in the path of a small rock averlanch and some how Lalit gave me the energy to run out of it path. It wasn't the largest averlanch on everest but it wasn't something you wanted to be caught in. Lalit is truly a fantastic guide and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

It was a nice trip to Mount Everest basecamp adventure......

I haven't long been home from doing Mt Everest Basecamp adventure with my wonderful friend. It was mixed emotions when we were leaving Kathmandu. No turning back now we were committed. We had met Lalit at our briefing and immediately warmed to his passion/knowledge for trekking and his country along with his infectious laugh and sense of humour. If you are contemplating doing any hiking in the Himalayas and have reservations about doing it DON'T - this is the man who will take you on the adventure of a lifetime. He promised to get us to Basecamp and he did. His safety and wellbeing of the group are second to none. He looked after us like his own family. You will not be in safer hands with Lalit as the Leader. Your trip will be awesome. Just DO IT......

Thank you Himalayan Dynamic for the Manaslu trek. Ram was the best trekking guide we could have hoped for. All the logistics were taken care of by Ram so all we had to focus on was enjoying the trek and seeing the beautiful sights. Don't forget to try the Dal Bhat, it gives you power for 24 hours.

Lalit is an absolute gem! I have spent time with him in Kathmandu and in the Manaslu region. He is funny, kind and welcoming. He makes you feel like family, sharing his culture and regional knowledge. He is a great communicator out in the mountains making sure everyone is doing ok, with safety as a priority. Lalit ……. A fine fellow indeed.  Angie & I trekked with Lalit for a month in the Kangchenjunga region in March/April ‘24.  That was it, just our team of 3.  We’d not been to Kanch before and it’d been some years for Lalit, but that made little difference to him.  He was clearly well researched, had the memory of a ninja and for any very occasional moments of blanks used his obviously abundant experience, skills and great personality to sort it out.  For those who don’t know, Kanch is a far less trodden region for tourists compared to say Annapurna and Everest regions, and so the experience and polite guile of Lalit, I am certain, made our trek the cracker that it was than what it might have been without him.  His rapport with local folks was fantastic, getting involved with them for chores, cooking and interest in their lives and this in turn enriched our time with them too.  Lalit didn’t just walk us around a trek circuit.  Far from it.  He helped to give us a safe trek, a cultural experience and memories to last a lifetime.  By the way, we acclimatised well, had a base camp successful trip and loved it.   Huge thanks to our friend Lalit and I wholly recommend his services.  Happy trekking.

I trekked the Annapurna Circuit in 2011 and Lalit was the head guide, there were 12 in the group and he was always on hand with encouragement and knowledge, and humour when needed. We have become good friends on 3 other visits to Nepal, the last trip with my 76 year old mother who had never done any real trekking before, Lalit took great care of her over 2 weeks. I feel part of his family now, as he is of mine.
If you're looking for a professional, competent guide with a wealth of experience (had and seen some really poor operators over the years) I couldn't recommend him highly enough, most importantly Lalit is a great & humble soul who will only enhance your trekking experience.

I have known the founder, Lalit Parajuli, since 2011 when I did a trek with him as my guide to Mount Everest Base Camp (as a matter of fact I met my wife during this trek). Apart from his extensive mountaineering experience as a guide Lalit is just a great human being who has a fine sense of humor, who is very reliable and at any given time makes sure that his customers get the best treatment during the treks. He's is also very good with kids and went above and beyond to ensure that our kids stayed in high spirits throughout the trek (a little treat here, a little piggyback there). Our kids loved him instantly and shed a tear or two when it was time to say Goodbye !
