Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before making a booking with Himalayan Dynamic Adventure. Trekking or mountaineering in the high elevations of the Himalayas is an adventurous activity that carries inherent risks, including Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS), injuries, or worse. We prioritize your comfort, safety, and health while traveling at altitude. While we strive to minimize risks, certain elements such as natural forces and changing weather conditions are beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible for them.

If you are an adventure enthusiast ready to accept these terms, we welcome you to Himalayan Dynamic Adventure in Samakhushi, Kathmandu, Nepal.

Booking Terms & Conditions:

1. General Information
   All package bookings are managed by Himalayan Dynamic Adventure, an authorized adventure company based in Kathmandu, Nepal. The term “trip” encompasses walking, sightseeing, trekking, tours, mountaineering, expeditions, and holidays within Nepal.

2. Inclusions and Exclusions
   We include all essential amenities in our package pricing. For clarity, please refer to the itinerary and inclusion/exclusion pages. Note that certain costs may not be covered, including:

   • Personal travel insurance, medical assistance, and helicopter evacuation.
   • Visa, passport, and transit expenses.
   • Extra meals, entertainment, accommodation, and transportation not specified in the itinerary.
   • Additional baggage and gratuity.

3. Payment Terms

   • A 15% upfront payment is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due one month before your arrival.
   • Payments can be made via credit card or bank wire transfer, both of which may incur additional bank service fees (up to 3-4%).
   • Confirmation of your trip will be sent via email upon receipt of payment, ensuring you receive all services listed in the itinerary.

4. Cancellation Policy

   • Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure may incur a cancellation fee of 75% of the booking amount.
   • Cancellations made within 30 days will incur an 85% cancellation fee.
   • The initial 15% booking fee is non-refundable for cancellations within 15 days of departure.
   • No refunds will be provided for voluntary trip cancellations once the journey has commenced. In cases of unforeseen emergencies, refunds may be considered at our discretion.
   • For cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, flight cancellations, etc.), refunds will be issued after deducting minimum operational costs.

5. Booking Amendments

   • Changes to booking dates must be requested 90 days prior to the original trip departure. A fee of USD 50.00 per person will apply for changes requested within 60 days of departure.

6. Insurance Requirements

   • Travelers must possess a comprehensive travel insurance policy covering medical assistance, air ambulance, helicopter evacuation, trip cancellation, and flight cancellation.

7. Physical Fitness and Health

   • All participants must be physically and mentally fit for trekking. A health certificate may be requested for trip approval.

8. Unforeseen Circumstances

   • The company is not liable for any disruptions caused by political unrest, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events. It is essential to be prepared for such circumstances and communicate any concerns with your travel company.

9. Route Changes

   • The itinerary, accommodation, and transportation may be modified without prior notice for safety and convenience. Changes may incur additional fees or result in cost reductions, which will be communicated to you.

10. Liability Limitations

    • Himalayan Dynamic Adventure is not responsible for the actions of third-party service providers. Additionally, we cannot be held liable for any law violations committed by travelers.

11. Governing Law

    • These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and any amendments must be made in writing to the company director.
